How long will my order take to ship?

All Pearl & Pink orders are lovingly packed from our small home studio ♡

Processing times are usually:

• 3–7 business days

During busy launches and sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Snow globe cup orders will take slightly longer as the process of degassing and completing the cups take between 2-4 days. Cups will be shipped out between 5 and 7 days after the order is placed. 

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes ♡

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please allow extra time during busy postal periods.

If your order still hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll be happy to help ♡

How should I care for my cup?

To keep your Pearl & Pink cup looking dreamy:

• Hand wash only
• Do not soak
• Avoid extreme heat
• Not dishwasher safe
• Not microwave safe
• Glitter will settle, shake to activate
• DO NOT SHAKE LAVA CUPS
• Simply flip your lava EVERY DAY to keep the lava working. Shaking will cause the solution to mix.

Are your cups handmade?

Yes ♡

Each cup is handmade with care, meaning slight variations and tiny imperfections may naturally occur.

That’s part of what makes every piece unique.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many Pearl & Pink items, returns may not always be accepted.

Orders may only be cancelled within a short period after purchase before processing begins.
