Pearl & Pink – Processing Time & Handmade Product Agreement

Please read carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Pearl & Pink, you acknowledge and agree to the following processing terms.

Processing Time

All Pearl & Pink tumblers are handmade and made with care. Our current processing time is up to 4 weeks from the date your order is placed.

This is a processing timeframe and does not include delivery time once your order has been dispatched.

While we will always aim to complete and dispatch orders sooner where possible, please allow the full 4-week processing period before contacting us regarding the dispatch of your order.

Degassing & Quality-Control Period

Certain Pearl & Pink tumblers contain liquid solutions and require an essential degassing and settling period after they have been made.

During this period, your cup may need to sit for a number of days to allow trapped air and bubbles to escape from the solution. This is an important part of our handmade process and cannot be rushed.

The degassing period also allows us to carefully monitor your tumbler and ensure that the liquid, glitter, lava, mica or other internal elements are moving and performing exactly as they should before the cup leaves us.

Where necessary, your cup may be adjusted, topped up or allowed additional settling time as part of our quality-control process.

Why We Allow Up to 4 Weeks

The 4-week processing timeframe allows sufficient time for your order to be handmade, finished, degassed where required, inspected and prepared safely for dispatch.

We would always rather allow your cup the time it needs than send a product before we are completely happy with its performance.

As every tumbler is handmade, individual processing times can vary depending on the style of cup, solution used, order volume and the amount of settling or degassing required.

Delivery

Once your order has completed our quality checks, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using the delivery method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and are separate from our processing time.

Your Agreement

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

• You understand that your order may take up to 4 weeks from the order date to be processed and dispatched.

• You understand that delivery time is additional to the processing period.

• You understand that handmade liquid-filled tumblers may require a degassing and settling period.

• You understand that this process is necessary to ensure your tumbler is functioning and performing correctly before dispatch.

• You agree to allow Pearl & Pink the full stated processing timeframe to complete your handmade order.
